From 2011 until now we have gone from having 1.3 billion head of cattle to 1.5 billion animals worldwide. Do you know how much methane gas a cow can produce in a day? I present to you a pioneering project in Catalonia and Europe that is being developed in Lleida, Biohub km 0, a project of technological innovation and circular economy.
